Built in 1976, the Yonge Sheppard Centre is undergoing a major transformation that includes an extensive mall renovation, the addition of a 39-storey residential tower, and a mid-rise rental placement building. The planned redevelopment also includes a revitalized retail design of the ground realm. With North York’s City Centre seeing significant intensification, this redevelopment will enhance its urbanization.
