Based in Toronto, we are an employee-owned mechanical building services consulting engineering company with 60 years of experience. Our mechanical systems design services include construction documentation production, contract administration and field review for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems.
We provide sustainable design solutions that have a positive impact on the environment. Each project is unique which demands creative solutions. We continuously research innovative design solutions focusing on energy and cost savings, equipment space saving, improvements and simplifications, both in construction practices and systems operations. From commercial and high-rise buildings to institutional and retail projects, we offer our expertise in a purposeful and dedicated manner.
We are dedicated to our client relationships and focus on understanding how our clients feel. Drawing on proven engineering technologies and in collaboration with the design team, we listen, develop an understanding of our client’s unique needs, and translate those feelings into working systems which create quality environments. We contribute our full resources to the specifics of our own discipline while maintaining an overall dedication to the ultimate success of the project and the objectives and requirements of our clients. This personal service has been passed down through four generations of our leadership and has distinguished us for 60 years. We will continue to provide this type of personal service to our clients.
