Positioned to revitalize the One Spadina Crescent landmark, this project is set to restore the One Spadina heritage building and add a vibrant new building in the existing courtyard. While enhancing the urban fabric of this neighbourhood, the facility will be exemplary of sustainable building with the capability to adapt to the ever-changing Toronto landscape. The project will include mechanical features such as displacement ventilation and combined radiant heating & cooling concrete structure and ceiling systems.
