Bay Adelaide Centre represents a new standard for ‘AAA’ class commercial properties. Located in the financial core of downtown Toronto, this pair of high rise office towers are built to LEED Gold standards. Heenan Blaikie occupied five floors of this environmentally friendly office tower. We provided design and inspection services for the office fitout of approximately 130,000 sq. ft. Services included review of site conditions, as-built drawings, and temperature zone control systems.
