The Telus Tower poses to be the forefront of smart design. Its progressive model highlights environmentally friendly work spaces carefully planned to offer comfort and efficiency. TMP provided mechanical engineering services for the build out of new offices on floor 3-6 and 18-30. This included review of existing temperature zone control systems, zone by zone cooling load calculations and sprinkler coverage adjustments to suit layout provided by Telus.
