We are providing mechanical engineering services for the new 690,000-sq. ft. commercial building at 100 Queens Quay East. Our mechanical design optimizes energy performance through the use of an efficient low static pressure underfloor air distribution system, internal energy reclaim to preheat fresh air for the building via precoil/recoil configuration, and enthalpy heat recovery wheels. The sources of heating hot water and chilled water will come from a new Enwave district thermal plant with services entering via the parking garage.
